    Minjae Kim is a graduate student pursuing a PhD degree in Biomedical Engineering at UNIST. His research focuses on the development of advanced photoacoustic endoscopy systems with an ultrasound imaging capability in an integrated imaging system for clinical translation.

      Oleksandra Gulenko is now pursuing a Master’s degree in the Department of Biomedical Engineering at UNIST. In 2019, she received her B.S. degree in Biomedical Engineering and Industrial Design from the same institution. Her current research is focused on the development of a photoacoustic image processing algorithm and brain imaging of small animals.

      KiSik Kim is a graduate student pursuing a combined MS-PhD course in the Department of Biomedical Engineering at UNIST. He received his B.S. degree in Biomedical Engineering and Biological Science from the same institution. His research interests are system development and the medical application of photoacoustic imaging.

      Jin Young Youm

      Jin Young Youm is pursuing a PhD degree in Biomedical Engineering at UNIST. Prior to this, she was an adjunct professor in the Department of Radiology at Daegu Health College. She has published practical books related to ultrasound physics and global experiences in clinical ultrasound technology. Her area of research interest is the development of vascular imaging modalities, including advanced photoacoustic endoscopy-ultrasound imaging technology and handheld photoacoustic imaging systems for clinical applications.
